Our extensive range of materials and technologies allows us to select the best material and production method to serve our customers. BBS has been producing forged magnesium F1 wheels for Ferrari since 1992, and we remain the wheel of choice for Ferrari, along with 4 other F1 teams. Additionally, we use cast and flow-formed aluminum wheels for several factory racing programs, including BMW and Ferrari.

To ensure quality, our wheels undergo X-ray inspection. Furthermore, our one-piece counter-pressure cast wheels are weight-optimized through Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis, and they are manufactured in Germany with a clear protective top coat.
